Shipping and Returns
Once an order has been submitted, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our regular shipping and order processing days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
Upon order submission, customer will receive an e-mail notification to view the order status. Upon shipment, customer will receive an email containing tracking information.
All orders are shipped from the Skech Distribution Center in the state of California via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise specified. All international orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.
Customer assumes responsibility for orders returned due to incorrect/missing address information, or any fees related to customs or importing. Skech is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

We accept returns of any product purchased directly from Skech through www.skechit.com. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund or exchange. Product must be unused in its original packaging, and shipped back within thirty (30) days of purchase. Any shipping fees incurred on orders are non-refundable. Skech does not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.
